UTCache downloads

This is the latest UTCache version, compatible with UT2003 v2199 and v2225 (latest versions) as well as UT2004.

• When you click on a cache file / select one/several, file size(s) is(are) shown in status text (see screenshots)
• Select All button becomes Select None when all files are selected
• Status is shown during uncaching / zipping (ie: "uncaching UTSecure406.u...")
• Uncaching / zipping can be stopped between files by pressing the red cross (all other buttons are disabled)
• Added "Prompt before overwrite" option
• Added option to change the purge cache days (ie: the number of days before which UT2003 deletes cached files)
• About window changed a bit, and a link to www.winzip.com has been added
• When you already have the latest version, the version number is displayed in the check for updates window (just try to see what I mean)
